  • Follow the Rules: Players are required to adhere to all server rules as specified on the server and website.
  • Entertainment Focus: DeadlyMC services are designed for gaming entertainment. Respect other players and avoid abusive or disruptive behavior.
  • Cheating Prohibited: Cheats, hacks, and exploits are strictly forbidden and will result in penalties, including bans.

2. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters! Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and compliance with Indian laws:

  • Valid Reasons: Refunds are granted for errors like item delivery issues, accidental duplicate purchases, or non-functional in-game items.
  • Fake Reasons: Refunds will be denied if the reason provided is deemed misleading or invalid.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds take 5-7 business days to process.
  • In-Game Purchases: For items bought using coins or virtual currency:
    • Coins used for purchase: Coins will be deducted from your account.
    • Items purchased: Items (e.g., ranks, kits) will be removed from your inventory, ender chest, or associated friend’s inventory.
  • Ranks: Refunds for ranks will revoke perks and remove rank-specific kits/items from the player’s inventory.
  • Final Decision: All refund requests are reviewed thoroughly. The decision of DeadlyMC management is final.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • Secure Payments: Transactions are processed via trusted third-party payment gateways. DeadlyMC does not store payment information.
  • Accuracy: Ensure accurate billing and payment details when making a purchase.
  • Final Transactions: Purchases are non-transferable and intended for use solely within DeadlyMC services.

4. Player Conduct

  • Respect Others: Maintain a friendly environment. Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior are prohibited.
  • Account Security: Players are responsible for securing their accounts. Sharing credentials is not allowed.
  • Rule Violations: Misconduct may lead to penalties, including temporary or permanent bans.

DeadlyMC proudly follows Mojang AB’s official guidelines. This includes compliance with the EULA and Usage Guidelines for proper monetization and intellectual property use.
